I can't speak highly enough about Bill Sprauer Roofing! Bill is punctual, personable, honest, patient, highly efficient, and he handles quality products. He does what he says he's going to do, when he says he is going to do it. And his crew is excellent! I had watched his company install two other roofs in my neighborhood, and was favorably impressed by their efficiency. The crew arrived early in the morning with their materials, began working right away, and didn't stop until late afternoon when the job was complete. Wow! But it wasn't until I called him for an estimate that I really appreciated the way he conducts business. I don't know how he finds the time, but he arranges to be there exactly when you need him, for as long as you need him to be there, and he makes you feel like you are his only customer. And then you realize that there are other customers and he does the same for each of them. He gave me an estimate that was very fair, and after I accepted his estimate, was able to start the job the next day! As I stated, his crew arrived early and worked until the job was complete, and the workmanship was excellent! You can tell that he has much experience in the roofing business, and he and his crew take pride in their work. You can't go wrong by choosing Bill Sprauer Roofing!

Bill is GREAT!, I rarely leave reviews, but in this case I had to! I needed my roof fixed, I called on a Sunday, and Bill called me first thing on a Monday, arrived early Monday, was super honest, and just fixed the issue right away, no stress, and great price!nnHe is super honest, and would definitely would go with him next time I need anything fixed on my roof.

I was impressed by the response and honesty of the owner and of the efficiency of the crew. Mr. Sprauer actually climbed up on the roof before and after installation and then took the time to explain the process to me. I highly recommend this company. The other company I requested a bid from never even came to the property!

We had a great experience with Bill and his crew. He made the whole process of getting a new roof painless. He helped us understand how to file a claim with our insurance and came back out to meet with the insurance adjuster during his inspection. Fortunately, our claim was approved. If the insurance company were to deny it, Bill was able to tell me additional steps I could take to dispute the denial.nnBill explained the extra steps they take build a better quality roof. It's clear that he takes a lot of pride in his work. We also appreciate his no pressure approach. He doesn't feel like a salesman, doesn't pressure you to make a decision, and doesn't mind if you get other estimates.nnHe was able to get our new roof scheduled very quickly. The day of the project, his crew showed up on time and they finished the job that day, as they said they would. They cleaned up beautifully when they were done. They took pictures of the roof to show me. I don't know a thing about roofs, but it looks fantastic to my untrained eye.nnTo sum it up, I'd say that Bill is a true professional and an all around nice guy. He maintains excellent communication throughout the process and patiently answered all of our million questions. He's been in this business for decades and employs a hard working crew. He's trustworthy and his guidance about working with insurance is invaluable. This was one of the best experiences we've had working with a contractor.
