We went to the front desk to let them know our heater wasn’t working this past weekend. The lady at the front desk told us maintenance was off for the day, but she would call and ask if he could do it. I just want to thank your maintenance man for going above and beyond and coming in to fix our heater when he was already off for the day, that is true service. Good job from a mom and 2 kids who are very appreciative that we did not have to move rooms. Thank you to maintenance at this hotel. Your service is more than appreciated from my kids and me.
Place was clean and had enough supplies
The room was very nice we got the king bed which was quite comfortable. The room was very clean and had all the things one would need. Due to covid, the breakfast was not the best but the staff did all they could to see everything was as great as it could be. Even though it was near the highway, it was quiet. This was a great place to stay, we'd definitely stay again. Also to the women: their shampoo and conditioner is fantastic and they don't skimp on lotion.
Nice place one of the better motels in Knoxville. I travel a lot to Knoxville for work and stay at a variety of motels. So far this one has them all beat. I believe i have found my home away from home
