Very helpful the personal and kind. They went out of their way to help me get a taxi cuz it was spring break and I was on my vacation. The rooms are always kept clean and the cleaning ladies are very kind. Great inside warm pool. Felt like at home. Great place to stay.. Thanks to everybody their I had a great vacation..

This is a good hotel. I didn't get a chance to use the pool. I wish I did. The rooms were large, which is a plus. The hotel could be cleaner. The lobby and stairs were very visibly dirty.

We arrived early clerk was so kind and checked us in; only gave 4 stars for the service, because the TV. CABLE didn't work the entire night room was very clean, and all the basics we available, Bed is the most comfortable I have slept in away from home in a lllllong time.....nvery accommodating and and friendly staff, this will become my regular stop when i am in this area

Staff at the front desk(the only people I had contact with during this stay) were nice and helpful! However, our room was dusty and had pubic hair and other hair all over the floor, bathroom and on the blanket on the bed. There was glitter on the floor so I can tell it wasn't cleaned. Dead little moth bugs in the inside and we were getting itchy. I would recommend if alone and not with a family and need a quick stop. But for my family of four and I. It's a no go. Just a side note, we already knew this and didn't mind, but no breakfast due to covid. But their pool was open! So that's cool.

This Red Roof Inn is pet friendly and check-in was quick and easy. Although due to COVID-19 stay over service to the rooms is not provided anything that's needed is provided at the front desk. Pool was open and the clerks were friendly and helpful. Five-star accommodations it's not, but clean and reasonably priced. Location is perfect for day trips to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, Nashville, or Chattanooga.
