The overall hospitality was excellent. The hotel was well kept but could use some upgrading. The only complaint was my room had a small smell of cigarette smoke. I would stay here again for a quick stay. The breakfast was pretty good.
The cleanliness of hotel was good. The breakfast staff was very kind. The front desk staff was not excellent or knowledgeable. Never mentioned Hilton Honors. Did not know how to process rooms that had been booked and paid with Honors Points. Check in and Check out was not up to par. Check in Staff was a bit confused.
Love the jacuzzi tub and that the pool is open all night. Very clean nice place to stay.
Really nice! Had a 24hr indoor heated pool which was a plus for my family.

We were nervous about coming here, thinking it would be out of date, smell bad, and have stains. WRONG, SO WRONG.nnRoom: Very up-to-date. Carpet and tile is very clean, looks new. Beds are soft and cozy. Under the sheets ther are no stains or traces of hairs. They do a great job cleaning here. There are no strange orders, even the air conditioner smells fresh. As I'm scanning the room, trying to find an issue. The only thing I can find is a speck of paint on the ceiling that is the same color as the wall.nnBathroom: Very up-to-date. Shower certain is clean, no stains. No water stains on the ceiling. Shower head works amazingly. Towels and wash cloths are clean, no stains or traces of hairs. New toilet that is spotless and flushes properly.nnLobby: Very clean and up-to-date.nnPool: Is open. Sign says the pool is open 24hrs. :-)nnRoom # Reviewed: 217nnDON'T FORGET TO TIP YOUR MAIDS, THEY WORK HARD HERE.
