The Oliver Hotel

Love, love, love The Oliver. Fabulous location for enjoying all of Knoxville, whether you're walking to the many fun spots on Market Square, Gay Street, or Old Town, visiting the very worthwhile History Museum, heading to the UT campus, or driving further afield (parking is very convenient). Stylish spaces, super comfortable beds, great bathrooms, plus a great craft cocktail bar and an atmospheric bar/restaurant. But it's the very welcoming and helpful staff who really put this place over the top, and are really the reason I always stay at The Oliver.

We recently visited here for our Anniversary after falling in love with Knoxville. This place is absolutely beautiful and the best spot to stay in Knoxville. The whole place is very inviting both inside and out. Check in was very simple and quick. The location is right in downtown outside of the market which is super convenient. We really enjoyed our room and the amenities that they really have thought thoroughly about. The beds were comfortable, towels were soft and they even had items in the room to drink or eat! Although we didn't take advantage of them, they do have bikes that you could ride around the city on. The connected restaurant was our choice the first night and we really enjoyed that as well along with the hotel's own speakeasy! We can't wait to visit here again.

My wife and I have stayed here for 4 different anniversaries and gets better every year. The hotel was recently updated and it looks great! Everything was clean and tidy and the staff was kind and helpful as usual. I can't think of a better place to stay in downtown Knoxville.

Ate breakfast Oliver Royale restaurant very good. The Oliver is a really nice hotel right in the center of Knoxville. We stayed in king room on the 3rd floor, very comfortable with a full view of the market square - candy cane decorating the trees. Furnishings are all attractive and comfortable. Front desk and cleaning staff were very helpful with everything we needed to make sure our stay was comfortable. We will stay here again.

Attended a fantastic Bourbon dinner at the attached Oliver Royale restaurant, so my wife and I decided to make a night of it.nnThe Oliver is a really nice boutique hotel right in the center of Knoxville.nThe King Suites are very comfortable with a full living room and separate bedroom. Furnishings are all attractive and comfortable.nnFront desk and cleaning staff were very helpful with everything we needed to make sure our stay was comfortable.nnThis was the second time we've stayed here, and we will be back.
