Hampton Inn & Suites Knoxville Papermill Drive

I’m a very light sleeper & extremely picky about my hotels. That being said, this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in a while! VERY quiet (didn’t even hear doors slamming throughout the night), clean/modern rooms & the location couldn’t be any better with tons of restaurants nearby! I hope to stay again in the near future...GREAT hotel!!!

Visiting Knoxville for family reunion. Picked another hotel first but after one night of hearing trucks on the interstate we changed over to Hampton Inn. So glad they had a room available. Quiet and comfortable. Staff very friendly.

Wonderful customer service. They touched base prior to our arrival to make sure we were taken care of. We stayed here during a ball tournament and they had goody bags ready for each player and coach at check in. Great breakfast too.

This hotel is ran exceptionally well. We were extremely impressed with how clean the entire hotel was. The management staff is absolutely phenomenal. We will continue to stay here when visiting the area.

We picked this Hampton Inn because of the indoor swimming pool, so we could enjoy a swim with our two grandchildren. But the water was so cold that we could not enjoy it. The room we had was big and roomy and very clean, but the bathroom was so small that the door would bump the front of the toilet whenever swung open or closed . As far as the breakfast that we were looking forward too on our only morning there, I saw some of what other people had gotten, and it looked like everything was warmed in a microwave , wendidnt waste our time.
