First Utility District-Hawkins

While I can’t complain about the service department the one lady that works here is extremely rude, paying a bill either in person or over the phone. She has no social skills and even can’t even say you’re welcome or thank you. She should really get out of customer service!!!

The people that work inside are very rude and don’t have good social skills at all. They cut my water off because they wouldn’t wait 1 day cause I got paid on a Thursday and they cut it off on a Wednesday. When you talk to them they are very hateful and just not friendly at all.

The manager is very nice. The service workers are great. The other woman in the office are extremely rude. Try to pay online if you can. You will not get a friendly greeting from any of them. Worst customer service in town!

Hard to deal with. Glad we moved out of Hawkins County!

The guys that deal with the maintence are great, our first time paying a bill was easy and quick but there’s one woman that works the drive thru and she is super rude. Don’t bother paying your bill through the window , you can now pay online and avoid the hateful woman at the window
