This is the absolute worst place to stay in all of tennessee... the foreign owners are uneducated,filthy and rude. The building is nothing more than a eye sore to Milan. It truly takes from the town's character and places Milan in the most disgusting town in tennessee category...

OK not the best the owners are rude

The rooms were so so. Bed was hard. My biggest complaint was the treatment by the staff. I paid for a full week and when that time was up I informed them that I had to go to work at 6 am they said it was ok and when I returned they had had thrown my belongings away and it was ruined due to it raining. They also stole food from my room as I watched the managers wife go in and take it from me and back to their living quarters. I have reported this to better business Bureau. If you want comfort dont go here.

For the price was good. Bed was clean and comfortable also pet friendly for an extra $5. Hosts were friendly. Close to conveniences walking distance to party stores and restaurants. On the down side, the shower was not good and the decor was sloppy. Also cobwebs and the lamp on one side of the bed didn't work. But all in all happy with it. For travelers on a budget. Its works just fine.
