Hampton Inn Milan

So we checked in at 5pm on a Thursday for a wedding from out of town. We had the whole second floor with just our family all booked months in advance for the event. We got there checked in, woman at desk asked for a credit card, we put it in the machine, she asked if we wanted turn down service and I said yes. She asked if we wanted it everyday we were there, which was 4 days, I again said yes, please. We got our keys and went to our room.nThe next morning we got ready and went out for the whole day. 9am-5ish pm. Got back and the turn down service was not provided. We needed new towels and more toliet paper. I had to go ask for them and asked why they didn't come in since we requested it. A new woman at the desk now apologized and said it will tomorrow and again apologized.nNew day, same out come. No turn down service. I requested it at time of check in and once while there. I shouldn't have to say it again so I didn't bother. Other than that the beds were rock hard. Two outlets didn't work. Water pressure in shower was like running around to get wet and it never got really hot. Breakfast was good. Basic but still good.

The Hotel was wonderful! The staff was friendly and professional. The cleanliness from Lobby to room was A+. And the hot breakfast arrangements even with the Covid restrictions was set up to perfection. My family was very relaxed there and we really enjoyed our stay. Nice convenient location with Walmart and Lowe’s nearby and not far at all from Jackson. Thank you.

I wish they didn't have such heavy comforters on beds. They are serving limited hot breakfast, not very good. Staff courtesy and friendly.

Nice rooms. A quiet location close to groceries, a few eateries and a few retail stores. The staff here is friendly and helpful. The gym is very small, but kept up and the machines they have are nice. Only an outdoor pool but sure it is nice in the summer. The breakfast offerings are pretty good. Smoothies, juice, fruits, regular breakfast foods. The elevator is super slow, faster to take the stairs.
