Where to begin. Rude management (Asked for another blanket - said no) No hot water in the day. One bolt off toilet seat so you slide. No stopper in the sink. Covers and pillow cases are stained. Room is in disrepair with front door partially painted, bathroom door and walls not chalked. Floors are dirty and not mopped or swept. I had to wipe up some water and the cloth was black. Chair is too low, 2 inches off floor. Had to ask for 2nd key, Refrigerator froze all that we had inside. No knob to change temp. TV didn't work the next day. Someone came 30 minutes later to fix it. The desk would not honor the rate the 1800 number gave us. We had to rebook with 1800 again each week. We have been a member for many years. We stayed here only because it was the closest to where we need to be, extended stay with our house closing and being set up. We will not be back.
This Red Roof has improved since my last stay. Newly remodeled rooms and comfy beds, done beautifully. Everything you need with kind and helpful owners. Near Starbucks and a Huddle house which works for me.
It was nice and clean.nThe staff were friendly.
Great hotel. Very clean. Super comfortable beds. Owner is very nice. We bring our dogs. Great rates. Always stay here.
Sheets and floor are not clean, have stains. Towels are super old. No breakfast. Usually other hotels at least have breakfast bag during pandemic.
