For traveling accommodations this hotel was exactly what I needed. A clean lobby, helpful and courteous staff, a clean room, and comfortable bed. It’s pet friendly with pet friendly rooms. The pet fees are displayed in multiple places so you aren’t surprised with hidden fees, it’s close to I-95, gas stations, and restaurants. I would make this my go-to stop on my way between VA and FL each time.
Outside appearance was lovely. The room needs updated. No place to hang clothes in bathroom. Ceiling was bubbly in places. Overall worst Quality we have stayed in.
Bed was very firm and comfortable. Choice platinum member went down to check out in the a.m. and was advised by desk person there was no coffee, no water, no bag breakfast items, no nothing. Clerk was in my opinion rude. Grounds on property have considerably deteriorated since my last stay. Restaurant on premises is deserted. Will chose other Choice options in the future.
Hotel was nice, room was clean, smelt good when we entered. Loved the fact they give 4 pillows on each bed. 2 per person. Had mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot, For the price probably the best place to stay in Santee unless you want to spend a ton on a room. Would stay again for sure.
Well for starters these hotels look run down, I went the lady at the front desk was SUPER nice! But we got to the room seemed okay. Kind of dated. THEN, I went into the bathroom and there was 7 cockroaches running around. There was 3 dead and it was disgusting. Currently driving back home from jersey back home to Florida. I definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!
