I'd like to commend and recognize both Inna and Eric at RiteAid Pharmacy on SW Barton st. They are providing outstanding, personalized service in a fast-paced environment. They are very busy filling prescriptions yet takes time to explain drugs to their patients. They are very knowledgeable medical professionals and should be recognized for their hard work!!! THEY ARE ALSO VERY FRIENDLY AND WARM!! THANK YOU!!

Dropped my prescription off an told them I would pick it up tomorrow after work. A full 24 hours and they couldn't find a way to pull 10 pills in a bottle. Not acceptable. Obviously this is not a new issue. These poor people are far understaffed and the management does not care. Sounds like there needs to be a change in management. I have been coming here for years and its always, ALWAYS busy. Why are their not more people behind the counter? Kind of piss poor management.

Every single time we come to this rite aid pharmacy they say the medicine is going to be ready in 15min then we come back and they are out of the medicine. I simply don’t understand why we keep coming back because it’s the same problem every time we don’t like driving to the burien location but they are perfect every time ! NEVER COME HERE!! They really need to step up the game.

I forgot my mask when I had to buy some Sudafed and the pharmacy worker Yehlen gave me a free mask! They were so sweet and fast even though they were busy, they asked about my day and talked about the weather. I’ll definitely come back!
