Worst pharmacy ever! I would advise you to spend your money at a different location, or a different pharmacy all together.. The pharmacy staff here is extremely rude!

Every one is always nice even though they get pretty busy sometimes

Tried switching my pharmacy to a smaller, local business but unfortunately this location either isn’t able or isn’t willing to hire a pharmacy team that cares about any level of customer service. They had no interest in setting up my insurance or taking on any new customers. In fact the tech tried to tell me that I’m uninsured. I can only hope she didn’t say the same thing to someone who would take that as a fact and either pay full price for necessary medication or not fill medications because they thought their insurance lapsed. All she needed to do was follow a two step instruction listed on the card to set up the company as a new insurer and call the hep desk to quickly get familiarized with the billing process; the insurance company walked me though this in under five minutes when I called to verify nothing strange had happened with my account.

Bought some beauty items and went to return them and was given the run around ask to have a copy of their return policy and they refused to provide me with one even the district manager called the store and told the manager not to givee a copy can you believe that what kind of customer service is that. They are all rude and not helpful at all will not recommend my enemy to shop there.
