Really nice hotel in so many ways, too bad the cleaning staff is slacking. Before you accept a room, lift up the modern drain cover in the shower and make sure they have cleaned it out. This is what I had in my room when the drain cover started floating while waiting 5 minutes for the water to get hot. To be fair, the maintenance director was appalled and assured me hr would personally make sure each room would be checked daily from now on, but still GROSS!

Horrible Management. She can Barely speak proper english & has the nerve to have an attitude. Some people just don’t understand the meaning of hospitality and she is one of them
Worst experience I’ve ever had a a hotel. Not only did we request room service, and it not get done. The trash that we THREW AWAY, was magically scattered throughout the room so they could try to charge extra $$ on the room. DO NOT recommend this hotel what do ever.
Clean hotel. Good location. Had to downgrade the rating because when asked for towels, they just left them on the floor outside the hotel room door instead of inside of a bag like they were supposed to.
