Stoney Creek Hotel & Conference Center

Had my 89 year old uncle in from Texas and 63-year-old cousin stayed here for almost a week, just after Spring Break. The rooms were large, nice, clean and beautifully decorated. Maid service was excellent. He uses a walker and had no problem getting in and out of the rooms, or in between the double beds. The bathroom accommodated wheelchair/walker access as well. Had a nice indoor swimming pool and large jacuzzi. The outdoor swimming pool is connected to the indoor one you just swim under a partition to get in between. Clean towels were on hand and all employees I encountered were kind and helpful. My family and I will all definitely be recommending Stony Creek hotel to our friends and loved ones in the future.

Had a problem with our room, but the front desk and manager were all excellent in getting it resolved. We ended up upgrading to a larger suite. It was so nice I ended up extending my stay by 5 days and it well well worth it. Hotel staff were accommodating throughout and made it a great experience.nnThe pool is large and relatively warm considering it's indoor/outdoor and has been cold outside. The hot tub is large and very hot (too much for me, but I'm a lightweight), but other people seemed to be enjoying it.nnIt's such a large property that even when busier (like Super Bowl Sunday), I didn't run into a lot of people in the halls, elevators, etc. (if you're worried about social distancing).nnBreakfast is ok (normal for most hotel chains), but at least they have hot options still and protocols in place to reduce contact.nnMy husband said the bar was nice too.nnRoom for improvement:n-pool towels could use re-filling more often during peak usage timesn-more housekeepers needed (The issues I found were nothing I haven't come across other top tier hotel chains. There's only so much a housekeeper can do when they have multiple rooms they have to service in a short time so confetti from the birthday party previously held is going to show up randomly or candy wrappers will be found under the bed. All the important areas of high touch were spotless though.)

In my opinion this hotel is the nicest Hotel in Broken Arrow, OK. I would refer people to stay here instead of Tulsa. Not joking Its convenient to everything including downtown. Its beautiful and rooms are amazing. The seating is even comfortable in the rooms. Kid friendly! Pool and hot tub are in service and open! Breakfast is delicious make sure you're there before 9:30 a.m. If you are a bar patron they have a nice bar with pool table. If you have children you can order snacks/starters from the bar and walk down to take to your room. There is a vending area where drinks and food can be purchased in addition to ordering from the bar. I will return again for sure. We stayed in an Jacuzzi sweet that was 3 doors from pool. Never heard any loud sounds. Scale of 1 to 10 its a 10! We enjoyed our staycation and so will you! ud83dude0d

Hands down best hotel experience ever! We were here with a group for a sporting event and the hotel staff were all very friendly and accommodating with all of our requests. The rooms were great and very clean. The indoor/outdoor pool was fantastic for the kids. The upstairs lobby was set-up perfectly and so comfortably to allow small groups to gather for the evening, too. Everything was perfect and we will be back again next year!

Love this chain. Staff was super friendly. A little disappointed in the cleanliness of my room. Found a glob of hair on the cups that were left in the room, a blanket with something gross on it, and it could've been vacuumed better. However, the staff was more than accommodating in fixing the issues. Decent hot breakfast despite COVID.
