My Family and I enjoyed our stay with you. Mitch and Sarah are assets to your establishment. They were very helpful and polite. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The children really loved their pool time. I of course loved how quiet it was for a hotel. Would definitely stay there again.
Fantastic staff, and the rooms are always clean! The Whirlpool jacuzzi suite is phenomenal ud83dude0d perfect Suite for Valentine’s Day!! We had to stay an events night in account of snow and we got a great reduced price for our second night!! Mitch is fantastic ud83dudc4cud83cudffb
I would stay here again if needed, because it's the only hotel in town, but it wasn't super clean. There were two entryway rugs and the edges were curled up on both of them, which is quite a fall hazard. I stayed here two nights and it didn't look like those rugs were ever vacuumed. The hallway floor wasn't vacuumed on the afternoon I arrived and was never vacuumed during my stay. The panel with the push buttons on the elevator didn't look like it had been wiped down at all during my stay. The desk clerk was hospitable. The room itself wasn't too bad as far as cleanliness. There were smudges on the mirrored closet doors. They offered bagged breakfast to go, which I didn't try.
We arrived late in the evening, 11:30 PM. The weather was very poor and the parking lot was covered in ice. Two cars were parked under the awning so we could not easily get to the front door. When I checked in, I asked about the cars. The front desk person said they would not be moved. I later found out they were employees’ cars. We had to manage the ice to get our luggage in without falling. Our room was set at 55 degrees and took half the night to warm up. We had booked the room for three nights but had to leave one night early. We were only given a partial refund. Not staying here again!
I was very satisfied with my stay. We rented a suite with adjoining room for my daughters birthday. Everything was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful and the pool was perfect for our group. We will stay here again.
