Avid traveler and 80-90% of my stays are with IHG. The hotel has been under renovation for over six months. The rooms I've been in are acceptable, but a bit on the lower side for a HIE. PTAC units are dated and obnoxiously loud, LAN connection is nonfunctional. I would rate the rooms about equal with a Quality Inn. Perfectly fine for a short stay, but if you are staying for more than a couple nights, consider paying more for higher accommodations.
Very friendly check-in staff. Rooms are comfortable and cozy.. I even have a little kitchenette. Close to Walmart. Free parking and even breakfast. I'm definitely staying here anytime I'm in Ada Oklahoma.
Worst experience. They had no water to shower. They sent to me to a digesting room first. The vending machine took my money and no one was at front desk to ask for money back. Or help. And in the morning I was told I would get a call from GM. Nothing at all. I
Its was very nice but..after making renovations.. Went to Go check in the desk Clark was rude..
Decent stay.....great hot water.....some issues but nothing terrible.
