Jim is the greatest. Busy man who dropped everything to help me on my bike breakdown during my 2000 Mile bike tour -northern WI to South Texas. Knowledgeable but more importantly very caring!
Bought a Cannondale road bike from here and was not disappointed! He fixed my brothers bike in a very timely manner. Great place, I'll keep doing business there.
This guy (Jim) does not really appear to know what he is doing. You get the feeling that you are going to get ripped off. He will tell you one price, and then when it comes time to pay, he jacks the price up. I will not use him again. use this place at your own risk. I would rather drive an hour or two to someone that is professional and fair, this guy is not !!
