Honestly, it was pretty clean except our bathroom shower didn't drained well. I asked for a different room and was told there won't be one until midnight. I'm a patience person so I waited. I was able to transferred to a new room before midnight but then the bathroom sink didn't drain well. However, I didn't mind it. Overall, front end service customer service aren't friendly and are lazy.
Best hotel to stay in. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and happy with your stay. Hotel is clean. Breakfast isn't an option due to covid but they have breakfast bags in the morning. Couldn't ask for a better ran hotel.
Treated very fairly by manager Mellisa when I had a mix up in my booking. Much appreciated, first class operation!!! Thanks.
The service is empicable the rooms are exquisite large and filled with all the much need emities microwave, mini fridge, large work station dining area all in one room and the price of the room is to beat my wife and I were treated like royalty.
