My experience with the owner and sales was excellent. They walked me through the whole process. They are very professional, polite and very accommodating. The project ran into an issue that involved having to repair my freon line. They took full responsibility to get it fixed by bringing a couple of AC companies to get it repaired asap to make sure we are comfortable. I'm very impressed and won't hesitate to use its service for my future house exterior replacement or repair. Thank you guys.
We are very pleased with Camelot Exteriors. From the moment they arrived at our door, they were very professional and polite. Camelot was very informative of their company and their experience.nTheir team was present when the insurance appraiser scheduled his appointment, and they made sure all our damage was noted and addressed by the appraiser. The scope of work they gave for our roof and gutter repairs was clear and understandable, as was the contract we signed for their service. The roofing crew was punctual, polite, respectful of our property, and extremely hard working, especially in the heat. They were neat in their work environment and made sure to collect all debris from our property when they left.nOur experience of having a new roof put on was stress free. The sales team took care of all the paper work and interacted with our insurance company. We are very happy we selected Camelot Exteriors to replace our roof. A great roofing company that made the repair process very simple. They dealt with the insurance company for us which was ideal for me. I would definitely call on them again and recommend them to my friends. There are lots of options out there and I don’t know how much better they could be than Camelot Exteriors. So many positive things to say about Camelot Exteriors that I don't know where to start! We had our roof replaced due to the storm damage in May 2013. Camelot is all about educating the homeowner about their roof. If you have any questions, they take the time to answer and make you comfortable with the roofing process. Any requests you have, they will bend over backwards to make it happen.nnThe crew they had doing our very large, very steep roof was professional, kind, quick and very clean. They make a point of not only doing a thorough job, but are very precise in placement of roofing materials. Not only are they very hard working, they take a lot of pride in their work. The supervisor was very nice and made sure things ran smoothly, asking frequently how things have been going and if we were pleased with the process.nnNot only will we refer all our friends and family to Camelot Exteriors, we will always call Camelot Exteriors for ANY repairs our home needs in the future.
