Moore Santa Fe Estates

I've lived here since October of 2019, always pay bills on time, never ever late! We are renting to own so that we can take this and put it on our own property. We'll at first we were excited because the agreement says that for the first year as long as you put a work order in , they will fix it. Well, my pipes to our master bathroom tub have drained straight to the ground because it's missing a pipe since we moved in, I have put several work orders in and the maintenance men came and looked at it 2 times and said they would be back and never came back! Also when we first viewed the home before we moved in, we checked the central heat and air, the heat worked great but air didn't work at all. So work order was put in immediately before we even paid deposit . Then when summer hit, maintenance came out filled it full of freon, it worked for 2 or 3 days then no more. Another work order was put in and maintenance said there was a leak, so me trusting them, I figured he fixed the leaks properly. Come to find out he only put tape on them. So we ended up with ac units in the windows. I am planning on meeting with the office today and getting this fixed. I've always had trouble with kids hitting my trucks with footballs. Or running through my yard with water guns and spraying my motorcycles or writing on our trucks. And im sick of it. Someone needs to get control of this community and treat the tenants right. My landlord no longer works here so maybe she was the issue. We will find out today

It was a good day, felt safe and the kids i heard and seen playing were happy. The people were nice as well. I'm looking for a place to live, it would be a place I'd consider.

This will be a old review but i just came across this. So here for what it is worthnGIANT COMMUNITY TORNADO SHELTER (that alone is gold in okla)nI stumbled in one day tired and scared i wasn't going to find a place to park just for the month due to my budget, This was literally the last place b4 moving into the Walmart parking lot, I rented a slot for the month and I did not leave for 18 months. Ashley (i think that was her name) gave me a address, internet and a place to catch my breath, The place was old and I had my reservations, but surprisingly very quiet after dark. As with most places that let you pull up & park, there were times, well, we all know the picture BUT it was dealt with pretty quick. When my internet went out, I always knew why and it was being fixed, There are kids than play in the park but what park doesent??nWhen I left they were in the process of moving new trailers in and renovating I would imagine it has only gotten better.nI have been gone 3 years now & do drive by every few months & I always smile when i do.

Don't like the location, and the residents seemed to not keep there outside space clean or picked up much at all.

I live here it's affordable and it's a good community for kids... the trash is hardly ever picked up on the day it's supposed to be... and my neighbors are constantly in my yard for no particular reason whatsoever which I find pretty annoying... Moore schools though..
