Been here about 14 years. They must be doing something right.nIt's a decent place to live but has its issues just like other neighborhoods.
I just moved here but so far I love it. The park is quite and clean. Staff very friendly maintenance came right away and fixed all issues and were very friendly and professional I recommend living here
Don't care about Management at this park!! I was visiting a friend and I saw a man and woman riding around in a golf cart complaining to the resident about whatever it was I didn't care all I know is each and every person they saw outside there had to be an issue!! I feel management should be more professional about how they talk to the residents and send them a letter or knock on their door and don't go yelling from the golf cart in the street
Great. Clean. Affordable?? Maybe. It seems a little high for a trailer park. Especially one that's in the area it's in. Could definitely lower the rent a few hundred. Especially with how many trailers they have in there. Making bank off people and expect their money asap and like to give late fees way to soon
