Great service & good prices but they need to work on getting better cooked breakfest. Eggs were under cooked. But After all I give them a 5star rate
Service was friendly. Our other reservation was cancelled by the hotel so I was scrambling to find something affordable yet quick. The only thing is our toilet seat wasn't screwed in so you could imagine sitting down and sliding off to the side unexpectedly LOL but it was spacious and quiet.
Nice clean and beautiful. Stay in the king suite with the jacuzzi tub. It was a big room with a tv in it to ultimate relaxing. Didn't make it for breakfast. But enjoyed my stay!
This place was super clean and quiet. I love those new fresh places. The bed also very clean and comfy.
Toilet was filthy. Pee on and under the seat, toothpaste splash on wall under mirror, would not lock, 2nd key card would not work, back door to building would not open (made it very difficult to go and smoke). The little girl working was great, she knows what customer service is, she told us ahead of time about back door, offered to move us to another room, real sweet. After driving over 13 hours, we declined moving our stuff to another room. The issues are a cleaning and maintenance problems that should have been remedied through daily procedures. All issues are an easy fix. We cleaned the bathroom, room door needs adjusted and back door easy to fix too. If comfort in strives for comfort, they missed it. We have pics of the bathroom. Will share with owner.
