Super 8 by Wyndham City of Moore

Whole experience Was terrible the bathtub faucet was broke and would not go off. they questioned me up on check out asking me all kinds of questions that was none of their damn business it had nothing to do with my stay. You’re better off going to Best Western across the street it’s the same price and better service.

Staff was extremely rude and condescending. Room was great and comfy. Parking lot was not well kept and was a mess. Please fire the woman in her 20s at the front desk. Looks like she gets a kick out of being rude to customers. Sick.

Beds were horrible, drug deals happening pretty much all night, shower went cold after one minute of use. Stay away!!!!!!

Upon arrival the check in was horrible. I should have just canceled my reservation an went elsewhere. The lady at check-in could not get my card to go through, she then told me I had a spending limit on my card, which I do not, an why would she say anything like that.nI had to go to atm , an I told her the atm took my card just fine so it must been on her end.nnThe beds had no blankets on them just a very thin sheet like covering.nnThe shower head hardly allowed any water out. The tub drained very ,very slow. The mini fridge froze everything.nnAn in second day of our stay there was a very loud knock on door an guy just sorta made his way in to change the filter on the unit,, really? You could not have done that when room was empty?nnMorning we went to check out there was a very rude older gentleman there that got upset cause I could not understand him. A lady came in asked for the card key. I told her left them in the room. She then said give her give minutes the room had to be checked.nI was like okay lol I felt like a child at home where my parents were checking my room lol.nnThen came the song an dance about the towels. She tried to tell me there were two towels missing. I finally told her I did not steal her towels in a tone that was not to pleasant.nnShe finally gave my deposit back. Don't ever go here. It's a joke. The people are RUDE, The rooms are way outdated an NOTHING works.nnCity of Moore should close this circus down. Nasty place , rude rude people, just nasty. I would give this place a negative rating if allowed.

Rooms were clean. Parking was available for Semi Truck parking.
