They do not care about answering tenant questions or fixing the broken issues.
One of their properties lost our lease agreement, made us sign another one, and then won’t refund our initial deposit due to us not giving a notice even though we did not know when the new notice was due. Customer service was terrible.
Horrible place to live the maintenance people are nice but the management at the property is terrible. Their staff is incompetent and they put off the most important issues in the pursuit of cash profits they're are micromanaged and pertinent information is neglected and left to the renter to discover.All in all the links of mustang is a horrible place to live.

my daughter just moved in and within hours had flea bites and the management don't care. So all you OSU parents keep your kids out of The Greens and The Links.
