Dale is the encyclopedia of bikes and in particular trikes. I love him. He sold me my really nice ride 9 years ago. Taught me everything about it. Let me ride it for 3 days before buying it. Guy was super nice and helped me get what I wanted. Even helped give my boyfriend a few ideas on what he might want/need out of a bike. The store was messy though and hard to navigate though. I'm not sure we'll be back but if you need something quick like a pump or tube then you're in a good spot.
Dale has a unique blend of brilliance, knowledge, passion and humanity way above and beyond the person you expect to meet when you go to a bicycle store. When I have a chance to got to his shop I am looking forward to the conversations and stories that accompany the experience of getting bicycles or service.nnI enthusiastically recommend his store and services.
I've done business with the owner for over a decade. He is very professional, has awesome customer service, always available and very quick to repair anything including wheelchair wheels/tires/etc. Also fixed a hand cycle of mine, very impressive. I will always go to this shop.
