We just finished a beautiful week outside Blowing Rock, NC in a home rented through Jenkins Realty. We got just what we wanted - a cabin among the trees where most of the noise was birdsong or rain. The staff at Jenkins was cordial and helpful. We loved it so much that we’ve already rented again for next year. The only problem was a window closing mechanism that was broken. We reported it, but no one came to fix it. Overall our experience was wonderful!
We stayed in Blowing Rock Skies & absolutely loved it! The view was breathtaking & the house had everything we needed. My only suggestion may be either a ceiling or stand up fan for the guest bedroom. Jenkins Rentals was great to work with. They were very courteous & answered all of our questions. They made sure we had everything we needed to make us feel at home. I highly recommend them to others!
I would give zero stars if that were an option. This firm employs an unethical real estate agent who through lies and manipulation, cost us a property. I advise that you steer clear of this company.
Jenkins Rentals is an amazing company that truly cares about it's renters. I have stayed in several of their properties. All of them have been in excellent condition. The staff are very accessible.
Very disappointed with this firm. Called them twice to talk to them about putting a property up for rental...never bothered to call us back in spite of assurances that someone will. They never seem to pick up the phone or maybe they just do not want the business. Sad!!
