Horrible. Let’s start with the exposed cable wires hanging from the wall mounted tv that our children were tempted to pull on! Followed up with the electrical cord zip tied to the radiant floorboard heat. We returned from our afternoon out on our first day here and the cord was brown and the zip tie was brown and partially melted. We tried to notify a live person but the office is closed and after 12pm forget about getting any help! The room was outdated. Beds squeaky and uncomfortable. Bathroom floor covered in dog hair. We paid almost 500.00 for this “charming Inn” and were totally bamboozled. At this rate these 2 star motels will be out of business in a year or closed due to safety issues. We are so disappointed and will not be returning to any of these properties!!

We stayed in the Tarheel Suite and absolutely loved it! The room was clean, cozy, and private. The staff were friendly and check-in was easy. Can’t wait to go back!

Walked in and the room seemed pretty clean however when we went to get into the beds there was dirt, deodorant, and black specs all over the sheets in both beds. We called and complained however they told us they would drop sheets off and we would have to remake our own beds do to COVID. We have waited for an hour before they came and we helped them change the sheets. Overall place was pretty clean just make sure your sheets are clean!!

Nice place, but be prepared for ZERO SERVICE and customer support. Nobody in the office. Nobody to answer phone, no towels, no coffee no nothing. Coffee machine broken, office closed, no staff on property. You are left on your own. Flush ran for 10 minutes. I had to fix it myself as a conservationist. Zero stars

I will never stay here again. The room was old and out of date. The beds are horrible.nThe smell when walking in the room was bad very bad like sour towels or BO.nnI went to the front desk the girl told me that there was nothing she could do she said he need to call her manager. I thought ok it’s 7:30pm me and the family will get dinner give them the chance to fix the problem. The manager called me at dinner to tell me the room was good to go. We got back no change the front desk closed at 8pm. This is not good business I payed $255 per nights upfront.nI wouldn’t stay here if I was you. I plan on leaving in the morning asking for a refund but I’m not going to hold my breath I would pay not to be forced into this again. I will update this everyday
