Very nice property with plenty of space for kids to explore. Lovely swans and ducks are a nice diversion. Nearby access to extensive hiking trails with access to Cone Manor. Onsite restaurant prepared tasty dishes. Indoor pool was great. The only disappointment was the lackadaisical front desk staff. Some had no interest in delivering an outstanding experience. Rooms don't have premium cable or access to streaming services. Location is just a short drive to downtown Blowing Rock. I recommend the skeet experience, but be prepared for the drive. It's an adventure!
Wonderful stay. We stayed in one of the 4 bedroom condos. Ice maker wasn't working when we arrived but a conversation later and it was fixed after maintenance showed up. Super clean and comfortable. Furniture was current and comfortable. I would recommend and don't provide 5 stars often.
I wasn't a guest, but I went to the spa for a hot stone massage and it was just AMAZING! I was treated with so much care and respect by the entire staff and I came out feeling like Jell-O. It was a very welcoming and cozy atmosphere with wonderful vibes! Highly recommend!!!
Love this place and everything about it. we go about twice a year and will start going more. it just keeps getting better. However some units are very stuck in the 70's and need updated furniture.
This place has cozy mountain magic. We had a great time. Our room was a balcony room, third floor, main building. There's a lot to do close by. They even had a prayer request bowl outside the main lobby. How cool is that
