I've always been a huge outdoor enthusiast but never interested in fly fishing (although my adult daughter loves it!) and joined her float trip for no cost. Not only did it FAR surpass anything I'd remotely anticipated. I had the time of my life being chaffered through some of the most beautiful areas and waters I would have never seen otherwise. Dustin Coffey (our guide) was absolutely the most entertaining, knowledgeable, and delightfully fun local guide, who clearly has spent his entire life learning everything there is to know about the area and fishing (and then some!) My daughter (who has fished all over the country) says it was the best fishing trip she'd ever been on! (and I agree!! even though I didn't even fish!) We are already planning on making this an annual affair, as neither of us have EVER had so much fun! !

Our family has had the good fortune to experience guides in multiple states and multiple continents. Dustin Coffey is the best guide we have ever had in several decades of outdoor activities stretching from fly-fishing in NC or CO to safaris in Africa. You will enjoy a day on the stream with Dustin regardless of how the fish are biting. He is a great guide but an even better person. It is difficult for me to describe how much respect I have for Dustin and his efforts to ensure your entire family have the best day possible on the stream. In fact, for several years my wife and children didn't want to fish unless we were on the water with Dustin.

My wife surprised me with a guided fly fishing trip with Chetola as part of my graduation present, and I could not have been happier. We had an absolutely amazing time and made some great memories. While I have fished my entire life, I am relatively new to fly fishing, and this trip was truly something special. Our guide Dustin Coffey was excellent and made the trip even better with his fun loving personality, and his incredible skill and knowledge of the sport. I felt confident in my abilities before the trip, but Dustin showed me a variety of techniques to improve my cast and furthered my knowledge of fly fishing in general. But the highlight of the trip for me was when my wife landed her first fish ever, a beautiful brown trout. Dustin was a fantastic teacher and guide, we would go back in a heart beat.
