Very interesting to say the least! Rooms and hotel have mostly been upgraded. Work still in progress! Clean, staff was nice. Downfalls were if you needed an extra pillow, there was not one available. Our room had no soaps, shampoos, towels or wash cloths. We had to ask twice to get anything. We return from a baseball game to police knocking on our door looking for someone smoking or doing something they shouldn't be. Folks were in the hallways making noises in the middle of the night. Upside, beds were comfy and rooms were cleaned.
Our family was displaced due to the ice storm. The rooms were clean but what made our stay excellent was the service. House keeping was friendly and warm. The management was super accommodating since our rambunctious toddler made noise they allowed us to switch rooms to the bottom floor. Even the little things such as needing paper plates and plastic ware, was given with a smile. For a last minute stay this was perfect. Especially when one is stressed over being displaced, the staff and management made us feel welcome. I will definitely stay again!
First and foremost I want to say stay away from this hotel. It looks nice but once u sit still and watch it a drugstore!! And the owner is in on it!! Told me that it was no big deal finding a needle in toilet, never offered to switch rooms and charged me a extra day!!!
Now this hotel was way beyond comfortable. I love it. I would build my home next door. Friendly on point and friendly. I didn't want to leave.
The rooms very clean. Convenient to restaurants and gas station. Staff was very pleasant. Would definitely recommend anyone coming to the area to stay at this location.
