Family of five, we stayed here recently in adjoining rooms. We found the rooms very clean and new, and the services matched the expectations for what is possible during this time (COVID). While we had a little snafu upon check-in (our adjoining room which we had called in advance to pay for and arrange was incorrectly assigned to someone else) front desk person, Brenda, saved the day (and this review) and was so pleasant in getting us taken care of and in a timely manner as our three year old daughters were ready to go to bed and had no where to sleep. She kept her cool, was more than pleasant and empathetic to our needs and made sure she understood our reasoning and got us all set with the right solution. Also worth mentioning the cleaning person, was fantastic too, so pleasant to talk with and took care of us to what we needed and felt comfortable with. Loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

Hospitality goes a long way! Theresa Cotton you need to work on it. I’ve stayed a few times and the young guy has been amazing. I call to place a staff member on my stay and I would be in later. Spoke with her and stated all charges will remain on my card. I’m a diamond member in all other hotels thought I would branch out to see what Marriott values had to offer however, not happy at all with only ONE person. Theresa Cotton, I would have been one of your largest money makers this year. Especially when I have to stay and travel to my store monthly. Now, thank you for your horrible customer service! Plus, you sending a corrupted file put icing on the cake. Have a great day Theresa Cotton!!!!

Very clean the staff was very helpful.. the only thing I'd as is to bring back a real breakfast.. nothing like getting up in the morning to leave for work and able to grab a good breakfast.. can't wait for this covid be over

Awesome place to stay. Each stay was wonderful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. If I could give 10 ud83cudf1f I would. Front desk was professional and accommodated anything needed. Will definitely be back & recommend staying if in the area.
