I would not normally give a medium rating but this time, I am. Its not good customer service to tell me to come on out on my day off, but call before you come, just to not answer when I call. I did call, you didn't answer. Then when I do get ahold of you, as I am five mins away, you tell me you won't be there because of a dr appt......all day long? You tell me I should have called, I did, you didn't answer. When you do answer, you tell me you won't be there, but you were there to answer my last call.
