Everything was beyond perfect from the moment we walked in!! Very clean! Comfy bed, huge room and bathroom. It looked brand new. The staff was beyond welcoming and always smiling! Definitely a 5 star experience because I slept like a baby. :)
If I had an option it would be no stars! The employee named Travis is beyond the rudest people ive ever. I live 1 hr and 20 minutes away, my dad has cancer and just had chemo. My dad was paying for the room,and Travis said ,well he will have to get out of car and come in,my husband said sir he just had chemo can you come to the car,not his problem he said!!! So my father got out and witnessed the rude behavior also. I will never stay there again. We will be staying at Marriott in Monroe from now on. 3rd time we had problem with him,and cooperate was called, no repercussions as of today that we know. Plus the room he put us in still had a hair clip in the bed ,I guess from maid,she couldn't even speak English ud83dude44
We were so pleased with our stay!nI also used their banquet room for my birthday party. The staff was so friendly and accomodating!!nBrandon D. the manager touched basis with me often.nIf you are in need of a staycation I recommend this hotel!nDelicious complimentary breakfast also!!nVC
Great accommodations for a wedding we had a Seed Mill Barn. Clean, updated hotel w/great staff!
Excellent service, excellent staff. The rooms were clean and beautiful. The girl at the desk was so extremely nice and helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.
