The lady at the front desk was very professional and fast at her job five stars to her.
Please whatever you do. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!! I had to book 11 rooms for a corporate event and ALLLLL 11 rooms had bed bugs. We were supposed to stay the week. When we told the OWNER there were bed bugs in all 11 rooms he basically did not care and said you get what you pay for and did not refund us the 1 night stay. We had just checked in and gathered together to check all the rooms which did take some time but HELLO... BED BUGS! He basically offered us other rooms but we did not feel comfortable there. We paid $700 to check into a place with bedbugs then leave.
It was nice the room look good and did not smell like cigarette smoke
Good hotel. Upon my arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly receptionist, Allie. She made our trip more interesting with her advice and tips about the town and surrounding city, shops, restaurants and bars that are within walking distance. She has such a warm funny personality and I congratulate management for hiring such a professional desk clerk. Thank you again Allie for going these extra steps for the guests!!!
