Gives a 9star!! We went through hotels.com and got a great deal on our room. The customer service/ communication was extraordinary and the accommodation beyond our expectations for the price ! King size bed was the most comfortable we've ever slept in. Fireplace inside and on the outside deck. Room#15 has an upstairs loft if you have additional persons.. they have their own space!! Lots of sitting room. Off season so we were not there to partake of the amenities this time but would be great for our next family vacation.

I don’t know how my experience could have been better. Starting with Deb in reservations, everybody went out of their way to make things nice. The room was amazing. Everything was very clean, orderly and well maintained. I look forward to staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We have stayed here several times and have always been so happy with everything. We loved our complimentary breakfast. The staff and owner went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful.

We stayed here one night in room 11. The view was amazing, the bed was so comfortable, and the bathroom (with tub) was so relaxing after a day of hiking. They had amazing views and viewing decks all over, so you could watch the sun over the mountains. The next morning they had sausage biscuits and coffee, and the staff was so sweet and helpful! I would recommend this place to anyone, and I can’t wait to be able to come back!

This was my first time visiting here on March 25th. We were greeted by very friendly staff in the office. Once we got to our room it was extremely clean very well kept. The lady at the front desk called twice to see if we needed anything and how everything was going. I have stayed in many places and never received the hospitality like this. I will definitely go back.
