Pleasant stay! Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. Barbara at the front desk was really nice and knowledgeable about the area. She went above and beyond!
Clean. Friendly. Decent breakfast. And a fun store just across the street. Stop by when you’re passing through. Raleigh/Garner NC hotel.
Very quaint. Easy access for traveling through NC and if you are interested in a quick stop before heading back for the roads, I suggest that you use the Hampton Inn or any extent of Hilton. Just some minor things but it is very good. Just remember to use protection if needed, like masks and jackets.
I stay in hotels several times a month in this area and this hotel by far is beyond best. The rooms are open and simple and just smell of clean. The towels have the hint of that soap detergent smell and feel new. They have a small bar up front with little foods and drinks and hygiene supplies. Their breakfast is amazing! Where most hotels have skimped on breakfast because of covid. They have really stepped up. Mrs. Linda in dietary makes your food to order. Shes always friendly and smiling. She taked alot of pride in her job and she makes having breakfast here a great experience. I'll definitely stay here again.
Barbara is what customer service is about. The hotel is clean. I do wish the beds were better quality honestly. They feel very cheap and way to firm for my liking. I will be back but that's only because I appreciate the service
