False advertising. The only reason this place has good reviews is because you supposedly enter to win an apple watch if you rate it a 10nThe photos look nothing like what you really get. We were very disappointed as we were told this was a very nice place. The lobby may look nice but the rooms look out of some cheap iffy motel. Not the worst place I've ever stayed, but I definitely wouldn't pay over 40 bucks to stay here. The bathroom was awful and dirty. The bed was so horrible I barley got any sleep and woke up with a backache. It wasn't very clean. When we went to go check out the staff member was asleep and wouldn't wake up. Not staying here again.
Very nice and helpful staff, I arrived too early for check in on a fully booked day and they were extremely accomodating.

It took them 6 days to give back our money mind you they already had a hold on the same credit card and demanded another one. Ridiculous! We are elete members and have NEVER had an issue otherwise.
Excellent experience after driving from Ohio. Thumbs up to Comfort Inn, when l travelled for work I always stayed at Choice places!
