When I come to NC , pretty much every year on holidays, graduation, Mother’s Day, etc. I always stay here.nThe staff allows me to check in before 3pm, willing to change my reservation if I come a day earlier or stay a day later. It’s a hotel, so no one is really in control with the noise, so you can’t put that on the hotel or management.nEveryone is nice. Greets you from the time you arrive at the door. I wouldn’t stay in any other hotel in garner. The room is always clean and acceptable.

Great staff and management team. I stay here twice a week every week and they are always looking at ways of making my stay great. Willing to accommodate when a something comes up from a scheduling change. Highly recommend this place to anyone traveling along Interstate 40 to or from Raleigh.

The room was a little on the small side. I might have been better off finding a rock outside to sleep on because the bed was terribly uncomfortable. It had to give at all, it felt like I was laying on the floor. All the pillows were very soft, no firm option. I like a firm pillow, so that wasn't a good thing for me. And lastly, the door is paper thin. I woke up 3-5 times by people walking by just talking normally. I gave 3 stars because the room was clean. And the front desk was nice

We had a really great stay here. We were greeted in the lobby and given all the information we needed in regards to our stay. They offered breakfast every morning from 5am-9am (sometimes even longer). Breakfast as in eggs, waffles, fruits, breads, cereals, muffins, coffee, and juices. Due to covid mask were required in all common areas. There was the option to have our room serviced or not which was nice due to covid as well. All in all it was a quiet, clean hotel. Very reasonable prices too. I'd recommend simply based on the location. I felt safe inside and outside, parking lot is well lite. All doors lock after 11pm and your key is the only way in besides reception which for me is why I gave 5 stars.

Wife used Booking.com to book a stay here on our way back home from NC. We only stayed overnight and in that short period of time 3 of the 4 hotel employees we saw had no masks. If you don't want to follow guidance to prevent disease, that's your choice, but the hotel should make it clear to guests that they shouldn't stay here if they have concerns about their health.
