My experience here was not the greatest. Dropped my dog off than had to come right back and pick him up. I dont feel like they really tried to work with him. They put him in a crate and he wouldn't come put of them. The customer service could have been better. As a groom I would expect them to be use to working with all types of dogs even ones that may be nervous.

I am always so nervous when I drop my dogs off for haircuts because I have had such bad experiences. (Still damp, shaved to the skin, still smells, etc.)nTo say I 10000% recommend 1 Happy Tail, is an understatement! Our dog had knots and she called multiple times and kept us up to speed. This grooming was probably a nightmare ud83dude02 and I’m soooo pleased how she turned out and the patience I’m sure this had to take! HIGHLY RECOMMEND ud83dude4cud83cudffc

Love the owner, she's wonderful with my cat. The girls who work with her are very kind. You can tell that all of them Love animals. They do a great job, bathing or just a brushing. Highly recommend.ud83dude3aud83dudc36.
