I had the most amazing experience working with Downtown BMX! The owner and his son were very helpful and able to ship me an item to me that I have been looking for for weeks. The service was prompt and I truly appreciate all that they did for me.

Never been to the shop but I have ordered multiple items online that other places haven't had in stock or are discontinued on other sites. The only thing I could say on the down side was that shipping did take two weeks and I didn't get an update on it until a whole week after ordering. Overall, highly recommend this place and wish we had one in Illinois.
