This hotel doesn't deserve any stars. The lady was yelling and very rude inconsiderate. I ask if I could check in early due to the fact I work 16hrs the night before(remind you i only wanted to lay my head down. They had rooms available. Even though I paid for a full day I was only going to.be there for a couple hours. She still denied for me to check in.) I just really wanted to just lay my head down for a couple hours. I never ment such a rude in considerate person a day in my life. I would not recommend this hotel to my own dog

Customer Service here was HORRIBLE. If I could give no star..I WOULD!!.
Online price $49.00. Receptionist said not to worry, she take care of it at motel, and because we were coming in early for a family emergency she would wave the few hour prorated amount. When we arrive both rooms jumped in price to $79.00 and she wanted to charge us for 2 days. So what should of cost $100.00 + tax , went over $250.00. She was completely dishonest. Days Inn had no problem helping our family quickly so we could get to the hospital. For that reason Budget Inn will NEVER recieve our business. And Days inn will from now on.
