Great clean hotel, great price too even for a Friday! Clean comfortable room,, great shower pressure...Breakfast smelled good, didn't have anything tho. Plenty truck parking, as they are next to 2 service roads. And they even said you can park in the old Belk lot. Few places if you NEED to walk and get food, but it be about .5 Mile round trip.nI'd stay here again in a heart beat.
The staff was pleasant and helpful. The rooms aren't the fanciest around but it's definitely worth the price. The rooms are clean and bug free. Come with microwave, mini fridge and all the lamps have usb ports to make charging your devices easy to access. The tv remote didn't work when we tried it and called the front desk about it and in under 10 minutes they had a staff member at our room who promptly fixed the problem and he's was friendly to deal with and all about making your stay a positive one. The room smell lightly of cigarettes but they specify no smoking and said the previous guess had violated the policy and were very apologetic and offered a different room if we wanted.
Marie, the dayshift clerk, was so helpful during my stay. I was there before and after a surgery and Marie saw to it that my accommodations were one less thing for me to be anxious about. Also, the extra large jacuzzi tub in my room was a perfect addition.

My room had bed bugs and I woke up at 1 something in the morning cause I felt some crawling on me. It was on my pillow. I got bite on my forearm and on my shoulder a few times. I left in the middle of the night due to this incident and will be speaking to management in the morning for my refund. This has ruined my weekend. I'm so disappointed.
