Stayed one week 10/4-11/2020. Condo 1st floor, very nice view of golf course and ocean. Unit 5E is spacious, lots of windows. Parking is good. Patio very nice, had good heavy furniture. Could use a swing. Nice area for dog walking. Kitchen pretty well stocked. Newer appliances. Mattresses need replacing, esp the master, was very soft and I had to sleep in a saggy trench. Entire condo needed 2+ hr cleaning by us after unpacking. Pretty disappointed, esp since Village Realty touts their Covid 19 cleaning program. Lots of stuff on floors, I don’t see how a vacuum could have been run at all. Lots food crumbs and a brownish spill on kitchen counters. Master bath mirrors and faucets pretty dirty. Condos are in very nice area, quiet, pretty, gated. Close to shopping, restaurants, fantastic biking area. I highly rec Corolla, but bring cleaning supplies with you and inquire if mattresses have been replaced.
