Been here for over 8 years.. it has is issues but all in all its been a decent place to live.
Has been absolutely horrible. Landlord has yet to return any of my calls. Constantly upping the charges of the area even though they claim to be an affordable group. My house started out at around $800 a month now it’s over $1000. The water is constantly going out and any leaks are split among the tenants instead of the landlord paying for the repairs. Do Not come here for a home
This has been an ongoing issue for 3 yrs or more about the water being turned off several times each month and sometimes for days. The water has been also very dirty. Have had it come out of my faucet like red clay mud. The roads need to be repaired. It is a lot of wear and tear on my vehicles with all the potholes. They also went up on the rent to repair the roads last year and still have not repaired them. They could at least fill in the potholes. Otherwise its quiet and lots of good families live here.
This place is not worth the money, most rooms are very small, managers get angry when you write a bad review when it’s true, the kitchens has very small room to eat, most people do their thing around here for example when I was walking I saw naked girls running around playing in a pool, roads are poorly cracked and not paved, unreasonable price increase, most people also have to improvise where they live, you rather go to bee tree or somewhere else to live, management is very bad, trash everywhere.
At least I have a place to live but the thing is that they need to fix the places like roads . Also it need some decorations.
