Great suites. Great shampoos and body wash in the rooms. A laundry just down the hall
Excellent staff, great customer service, management is wonderful both Freddie and Le’chelle. Very very clean. They are understaffed due to the Pandemic but they’ve helped and made us feel welcome during our stay. They do offer breakfast in the morning via premade which is convenient since hot foods are not being offered. The building is very clean and smells amazing. The room is spotless: if I could give a better review I would. My thinking is it always starts with the top which is management and works the way down to the staff. Every time I see a staff member I get a hello not all places do this.
Hotel was good. Our first room had an odor and we are thinking it was because the hotel is pet friendly. After a couple nights we asked to move and the associate at the desk was amazing and moved us no questions asked.
Room is normal quality of the Residences Inn, but shower water is rustic color, disgusting@&$(ud83dude33nFront desk was nice and curtis. ud83dudc4dnParking has charge?$$ud83dude33
Nice place. First time here. Dogs okay.
