I had the pleasire of staying at the hotel last night. The location is prime, lots of restaurants and stores within a couple blocks. Nice upscale neighborhood, well manicured. The front desk lady, wish I got her name, was lovely and personable. I called down for a bottle opener and apparently, the hotel only has one, and she said someone had it. I was thinking great, now I can't open the beer I bought for the night. Two minutes later, she called me back and said at was returned, wow, she was definitely tuned in to customer service. But, the most impressive feature of this hotel was how IMMACULATE it was! By far, the cleanliest hotel and hotel room I have EVER stayed in, I was blown away. I hate staying in hotels, especially these days, but I felt 100% confident resting my head there!
Very friendly staff. Clean room. I love the smart TVs (2 at that in the suites), fridge, microwave, and their comfy beds! Always a great stay when I come here. Keep up the good work!! Only thing that I recommend is that they should also have the option of decaf coffee. I love coffee, but it has to be decaffeinated.
Great service, decent hotel, friendly staff, best we could find pet prices.
I found it to be clean, the young lady at the front desk was very helpful. It's located in a nice neighborhood walikng distance from nice restaurants. Do wish that your Television had more channels than what they do. Otherwise we had a beautiful stay.
The best hotel in the suburbs so far, great services and very kind customer service clerks.
