Nice, comfortable room and very nice staff! All associates were warm and welcoming. Breakfast alternative (to go bags) could use some improvement...not much of an offering, at least on the days I was there...hopefully, when pandemic eases, that will improve.
I wanted 4* hotel, thought I booked that but got there and it to be 3*nthe hotel atmosphere felt old, old carpet all over and accessible NY dogs too.nit didn't smell freshnFound out at the reception that it isn't a full hotelnBreakfast was rather dull and boring, not enough variety, don't know if it's an American style of BFast. Dining area was appauling. old furniture and carpeted as well, felt unhygienic.nthe sofa bed was a very thin mattress, found stains under the bed..nI initially booked to stay at the hotel for 8 nights but we were so unhappy so changed it to 2 nights.nI read the reviews prior to booking and it sounded perfect for a week's break..nit was disappointing indeed....
Suite incl full kitchen was excellent, and very clean and neat.nThe beds were very comfortable as well.nOur only issue was the breakfast options, the website should have indicated it was only a bagged partial contentinental offering.
I stayed here for 8 weeks total and I love it! The things that are disappointing is the lack of breakfast, pool, housekeeping and gym usage. Even with COVID most places have stipulations but this place has nothing in place to deliver high quality attention to their long-term guests. The gym shouldn't have a mask policy if and when someone is truly working out, not good to rebreathe your own CO2 the harder one breathes while working out can pass out during workouts. The one other thing I didn't like was that I smelled cigarette smoke coming through my vents a couple days.
Place is getting bad was walking to my room smelled someone smoking weed very strong smell all in the hall. The rooms always got some sounds like coming from pipes or the air/heat the air was on and evertime it came on some loud noise came with it just horrible!!
