I am not one for writing reviews but I have to give recognition where it is due. With that being said, I have stayed at The Bethesdan Hotel many times and have always been satisfied. From the convenience, cleanliness of the rooms to customer service and satisfaction the staff, Glenise, Bret, and Steve are simply AMAZING!! These folk greet you as soon as you walk in and instantly make you feel like you are family. Just when I think a stay at The Bethesdan Hotel can’t be any better, they prove me wrong. That said, my family and I will see you on our next visit to Bethesda!!

Although front desk clerk is pleasant and room is clean, for the price of a deluxe room, paid garage parking, and $15 extra dollars for WiFi even though I am a Hilton Honors member, this is a complete disappointment.nI asked for info about near-by dining and the clerk says I should Google it. No information in the room, no stationary, and no pen to write with.nI guess I will be going back to Marriott as I have never experienced something like this there.

I absolutely love this place. We have to go twice a year for NIH doctor visits. Every time we go this place is always clean and very home like feeling. The staff are amazing. They help in every way possible. We are not big city people so it’s uncomfortable for me to go into a large city but they always make me feel right at home. Bret was very kind to my husband & it’s very much appreciated because we are not there for pleasure. Also the lotion there ud83dude32❤ufe0f I know it sounds crazy but it’s the best lotion I’ve ever had in my life. I would buy it from them if I could.! If I could give more then five stars I would. All the staff deserves raises just for their wonderful upbeat attitude. ud83dudc4fud83cudffb Thank you guys.! ❤ufe0f❤ufe0f

Great hotel. Warm staff. Terrific location. Outstanding rooms. And doing a great job with COVID. Support these guys if you can!

Very nice place and staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable.
