Days Inn by Wyndham Silver Spring

Checked into the first room, smelled awful (non-smoking room but could’ve fooled me), burn holes in sheets, mini fridge wasn’t working, dingy mildew and mold. Found out door literally could not close (hinge was broken).nnWent to second room and was greeted by these two fellas below. Same smell for another non-smoking room. Water was also brown. Staircase leading to room was dangerous, my foot nearly went through a rusted-out part in it.nnVery quickly cancelled the reservation and stayed elsewhere. This place needs to be shut down asap.

If no stars was a place it would be this place. I understand it’s an affordable hotel but the way I was treated and the upkeep of the motel was terrible. I walked into the place and the worker by the name of Winny didn’t even speak to me when I walked in. No greeting at all she just kept looking at her papers as if I was invisible. Then I said hey and she says yeah like she legit says yeah not hey or how are you ? No type of customer service so then I get the room after being totally disrespected then she gives me a smoking room that looks like someone clawed at the door, floor boarders peeling, room is tight spaced with twin beds. It’s a terrible odor which was kind of expected. My door also looked like it was broken into which makes the door not as durable and I am a women and was traveling by myself for work. I asked Winny for another room and she asks me about her room keys as if I wanted them. I asked for a new room and it was basically the same room with the same problems and the door still looked like someone broke into the room. Also there were stains on the bed and pillows and no microwave inside the room. I went back to the front to try and cancel my room and she tells me that I need to cancel my reservation and find somewhere else to stay. I found a place closer to my place of work and cleaner than that Dope hole I was at. I don’t think they even changed any sheets or nothing they really need to shut this place down and redo it because it’s no type of safety with the doors even if you need a room key to get inside.

I made the mistake of booking this hotel for my cousins and it was disgusting! Roaches and mice. Dirty mirrors, burn wholes in the sheets. We left immediately! This place really needs to be shut down! Makes my skin crawl just thinking of the condition of that place!

It was terrible. The heat does not really work it was just noise! Place needs total renovation. Tv is about to fall to the ground and very old and out dated. The bathtub looks like a toilet the security door does not lock. The room has multiple damages everywhere it should not be rented at all. Roches everywhere!!

Worst part is I can’t get a refund. This hotel was absolutely disgusting! Not clean, burn holes, and dirty mirrors to say the least. $99 down the drain
